* To activate your Upgrade Card, report it as lost, stolen, or damaged, or to inquire about your application status, call 760-5065.

Help Center and Support Hours

We have an expansive Help Center that provides a wealth of knowledge to help answer your questions. If you're unable to find the answer to your question, click into an individual article and click on the SUPPORT button for further assistance. Our support hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM PT, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.
